Q: Why should I choose SEO Company Services as my SEO Agency?

A: The primary reason we think you should engage with us is because of our proven track record to rank our clients on the first pages of Google, Yahoo and Bing for competitive keywords and keyword phrases.

Q: What do you mean by 'competitive' keyword phrases?

A: Many business owners don't realize that ranking for 'non-competitive' keyword phrases is relatively easy. For example, if you wanted to rank well for say 'Centurion Pet Care', this would be fairly easy because very few people would actually search for 'Centurion Pet Care', unless they already knew your business, but then that is not the point of SEO.

You want to be found for the product or service you sell, which may be more like 'Veterinarian Houston' or 'Dog Grooming Kansas City', which are more competitive keyword phrases to rank well for. We help our clients rank well for the words and phrases that people are using to find their specific productrs or services.

Q: How long will it take to get my web site ranking well?

A: This question is very difficult to answer because there are so many variables at play. How competitive are the keyword phrases you're targeting, how old is your web site, how is your current web site set up, is it optimized for SEO, is it flash-based, is it content rich (or poor), what is the navigational structure like, what is your off-page SEO profile, have you optimized for local search, do you have (and use) social media, and the list goes on and on.

It is not uncommon for us to do an initial site assessment and find many issues related to either on-page or off-page SEO factors. That being said, we have had some web sites rank well inthe first two months and other take much longer. It quite simply all depends about the market scope, the competitiveness of the targeted keyword phrases, and the current state of the on-page and off-page SEO factors.

Q: What is the cost of getting my web site on the first page of the search engines?

A: The cost is dependent on the items in the previous question. The more work we have to do, the more it costs. Until we know what we're getting into, it is virtually impossibl to provide even a rough estimate. We have had clients that once the original SEO work was completed, they had no additional monthly costs. On the other had we have clients that pay anywhere from $100/month to $2,500/month for off-page SEO services.

Q: What are on-page and off-page SEO services?

A: Generally speaking, on-page SEO is anything done with your actual web site. That may be the organizational structure, information architecture, navigational elements, content, links, user experience and generally anything a web visitor or search engine robots 'see' about your site.

Off-page SEO is typically about back links pointing to your site, which there are a myriad of ways to do this. However, in light of recent Google updates, it is critically important to do off-page SEO in the most correct way possible. The interesting thing about this is Google changes the rules on a continual basis as they try to adjust their algorithms to minimize the effect of SEO spammers. It is a constant struggle to stay 'current' with what the search engines are doing.

Q: Are there any other 'hidden charges' or licensing fees?

A: No, all of our charges are stated up-front. We do break an SEO engagement into 4 stages though, to protect you the client from unneccesary charges or unrealistic expectations. For example, if we discover after Phase I that your product or service is in an extremely competitive field at a global level, and we find you'll need 100,000 pages of content and 1,000,000 back links to compete, then we will not proceed to Phase II, as we can not scale to that size of engagement. We actually had a client whose competition was that extreme.

Q: What are your four engagement phases?

A: Our 4 engagement phases are:
Phase 1 - Keyword research and anaysis
Phase 2 - Web competition research and analysis
Phase 3 - On-page SEO
Phase 4 - Off-page SEO

Q: Do you also build web sites?

A: Yes, we do build web sites, software applications, databases and custom programming. It is our experience that many web sites that have not done well in the search engines may be poorly designed, have 'light' content or a poor information organizational structure. If a web site is properly built and has a solid foundation and structure, we'll provide our SEO inputs to your current web developer so they can optimize your site. We do not like to take web site development business away from imcumbent developers, unless the business owner prefers it that way.

Q: How much will my website cost?

A: The cost of a web site can vary from about $500 to $7,500. Obviously the cost will depend on the depth, complexity, content, features and target market. We take a consultative approach to determe what your requirements are for a website. We want to make sure you'll receive a website that will last for years and provide you business with the most positive impact possible.
